(Dan Tri) – Coach Erik Ten Hag affirmed that he is still the right person to lead Man Utd back to its original level despite the `Red Devils` losing 0-4 to Crystal Palace in round 36 of the Premier League on the morning of July 7.
`I will continue to fight,` Ten Hag said on Sky Sports after the heavy loss to Crystal Palace with a score of 0-4.
Midfielder Michael Olise scored twice for Crystal Palace in the 12th and 60th minutes, the remaining two goals were scored by Jean-Philippe Mateta (40th minute) and Tyrick Mitchell (58th minute).
The score could have been 5-0 when striker Odsonne Edouard’s shot beat goalkeeper Andre Onana, but the ball narrowly missed the post.

Man Utd suffered a disastrous defeat because many players were injured and could not play.
Captain Bruno Fernandes was also absent from this match, causing the `Red Devils` to experience a poor performance and continue to rank 8th on the Premier League rankings.
`Obviously, this was a poor performance. Man Utd did not play the way they wanted and the performance was not good enough. We are very disappointed. The fans always support us and we should have continued
There is always a reason for failure, everyone sees that our back line has big problems.
The performance wasn’t good enough though and I have to take responsibility for that.
I have to change the squad with the current players.
Every time we have big problems with the squad and many times we have tried to overcome difficulties, but not today,` coach Ten Hag said about the embarrassing loss to Crystal Palace.

The Dutch strategist added: `If there are the right players, Man Utd has a good squad, but we missed almost the entire backline and then we have problems.`
Man Utd midfielder Christian Eriksen also admitted that the whole team’s performance was not up to the level that fans expected from the `Red Devils`.
We can’t really change trauma.
I don’t know what to conclude.
